My coworkers are not being replaced when they become disgruntled or lose their minds and quit.

They had very low limits to requirements for the position which was great when I needed a job fast.

Fix the equipment, accept orders in line with product manufacturing limits, and expand limits if you want to increase manufacturing outputs.
