What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Ask relevant questions and take the CEO out of the majority of the process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Worst Benefits package out of any company I ever worked for. The company will work you 80 hours a week if you let them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company is being lead by greed and emotion and not business logic. Remove the current CEO and that could potentially change, but that will likely never happen.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The best in the industry are typically hired but are not given the best support to back them up. They are saints for hanging in there with the lack of proper support.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The one thing that needs to change to make the company better would be for Hal Blackman to step down as CEO and leave the company. He is the reason that there is such a poor culture at IST.
