What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my Regional Operations Manager because he happens to be a decent human being with empathy. This is rare for IST.
they are very hands on
I haven't met many senior employees or leaders in this company yet, but those I have, have treated me well and they have gone out of their way to assist me.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm still part time and simply do not get benefits or stock options.
Worst Benefits package out of any company I ever worked for. The company will work you 80 hours a week if you let them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Super collaborative and supportive. Weekly meetings to give updates and check in.
They were my friends before we started here so I already knew most of them and we already operate well together, having shared workplaces previously
The best in the industry are typically hired but are not given the best support to back them up. They are saints for hanging in there with the lack of proper support.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone, both on IST and Client side, have been a treat to work with. the only negative experience I've had is my manager scolding me for a mistake on my part. A manager doing their job and managing, is the worst I have come across. this is a great place
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The one thing that needs to change to make the company better would be for Hal Blackman to step down as CEO and leave the company. He is the reason that there is such a poor culture at IST.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to skip some steps via friend introduction. one Phone call interview, and a good history of customer service experience got me the offer instantly.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask relevant questions and take the CEO out of the majority of the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexible Lunch breaks, fastish pace but not usually hectic enviroment and just generally a low stress enviroment

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is being lead by greed and emotion and not business logic. Remove the current CEO and that could potentially change, but that will likely never happen.
