The worst experience I have ever had in my life at a job because of manager and co-workers

Terrible horrible mgr and co workers

I've been with IST for nearly a year now as a part timer. and I have not a single complaint. My co-workers are great, my manager (and his manager) treat me well and have gone out of their way to get me all the hours (and overtime) I want. I am very much looking to make a full time position here.

IST and it's CEO has a very amateur feel to it. The CEO is rude and disrespectful at best. Leadership lacks vision and respect.

I like my Regional Operations Manager because he happens to be a decent human being with empathy. This is rare for IST.

they are very hands on

I haven't met many senior employees or leaders in this company yet, but those I have, have treated me well and they have gone out of their way to assist me.

Needs to investigate what really goes on with mgr and his favs to keep the accts also letting his favs clock in and out on cell phones to get extra pay

The manager and co-workers are the worst group I have ever experienced in my life

I'm still part time and simply do not get benefits or stock options.

Worst Benefits package out of any company I ever worked for. The company will work you 80 hours a week if you let them.

Super collaborative and supportive. Weekly meetings to give updates and check in.

They were my friends before we started here so I already knew most of them and we already operate well together, having shared workplaces previously

The best in the industry are typically hired but are not given the best support to back them up. They are saints for hanging in there with the lack of proper support.

Get new employees and not ones that lie sabatoge gossip and exclude those they don’t want in their gro

The pay is the only good thing but Essentially not when you are sabotaged with slander lies gossip

Nothing at all is positive its horrid

Everyone, both on IST and Client side, have been a treat to work with. the only negative experience I've had is my manager scolding me for a mistake on my part. A manager doing their job and managing, is the worst I have come across. this is a great place

Get a new manager and employees

Get a new mgr and a new set of employees who don’t form a clique with mgr and not treat others bad

That actually was decent and easy but had no idea what was ahead after being hired. Toxic

I got to skip some steps via friend introduction. one Phone call interview, and a good history of customer service experience got me the offer instantly.

Just know your being used for a short time so mgr can cover his bases not to lose an acct but when they are done with you and don’t need you anymore they will sabotage and ruin you to get rid of y

Ask relevant questions and take the CEO out of the majority of the process.

Flexible Lunch breaks, fastish pace but not usually hectic enviroment and just generally a low stress enviroment

Everything is wrong and they need to get a real mgr who does not huddle up with the sabotage and be part of problem it’s terrib

Co workers and mgr are the worst and run good employees off even ones that have been there over 5yrs. And how mgr gets away with this is incomprehensible

The company is being lead by greed and emotion and not business logic. Remove the current CEO and that could potentially change, but that will likely never happen.
