What do you like best about the leadership team?I like my Regional Operations Manager because he happens to be a decent human being with empathy. This is rare for IST.

What are some of the best things about your team?Super collaborative and supportive. Weekly meetings to give updates and check in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm still part time and simply do not get benefits or stock options.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Ask relevant questions and take the CEO out of the majority of the process.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company is being lead by greed and emotion and not business logic. Remove the current CEO and that could potentially change, but that will likely never happen.
