Needs to investigate what really goes on with mgr and his favs to keep the accts also letting his favs clock in and out on cell phones to get extra pay

Get a new mgr and a new set of employees who don’t form a clique with mgr and not treat others bad
Just know your being used for a short time so mgr can cover his bases not to lose an acct but when they are done with you and don’t need you anymore they will sabotage and ruin you to get rid of y
Ask relevant questions and take the CEO out of the majority of the process.

The company is being lead by greed and emotion and not business logic. Remove the current CEO and that could potentially change, but that will likely never happen.
