The best in the industry are typically hired but are not given the best support to back them up. They are saints for hanging in there with the lack of proper support.

Everyone, both on IST and Client side, have been a treat to work with. the only negative experience I've had is my manager scolding me for a mistake on my part. A manager doing their job and managing, is the worst I have come across. this is a great place
That actually was decent and easy but had no idea what was ahead after being hired. Toxic
I got to skip some steps via friend introduction. one Phone call interview, and a good history of customer service experience got me the offer instantly.
Flexible Lunch breaks, fastish pace but not usually hectic enviroment and just generally a low stress enviroment
