What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care - culture, impact and innovation are at the forefront of everything we do at Istation.
There are real stars on the executive team, in finance, in technology, and in product. New hires to lead customer success are very encouraging as well.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Honesty, integrity, appreciation, empathy, humility
There is no team effort no one seems to work well with each other. there is no collaboration.
I think we still work in silos. We know everyone in our team, but we still have holes regarding other higher-ups in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Freedom to work from home
Hard workers abound on my teams, but other teams tend to skate by and think they work hard because they send e-mails.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very transparent process. I was told that they had gone with someone with more experience, but to hang tight because they would be opening another position. I thought they were being polite, but a couple of weeks later I got a call with the offer.
Panel interviews. Enough interactions to get a real feel for the people and culture
Practical test of skills, got to meet upper leadership
Not test oriented, but focused on intangibles
