- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership must be in hands of a leader who is experienced and who can communicate with employee well. ITamerica lacks that leadership. employees come and go, its a day to day routine for it and they are also habituated to it.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is less, experienced people will earn as much as juniors. No good benefits or rewards.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Company environment is good and well maintained. A bit noisy though
