What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendliness and nice to work with. Always ready to clear doubts and have a chat.
I truly believe that I have the best manager possible. Also, my VP is an amazing and brilliant woman that always collaborates to get the best solution. I love the fact that they are open to new ideas, new technologies and new projects that help us in growing as a team and as a company.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Rooting for each other and jumping in to help when someone's in need.
I'm a team manager and I always try to generate a sense of belonging to the company. We are helping each other to solve issues, so despite the geographic distances.we are working together. I incentivize them to learn new technologies and get certifications to grow as professionals and as a team.
