Have a vision and explain the strategy to deliver growth. Lead from the front in winning new customers out of your own industry connections. Exec Management members despite having years of experience have not brought in a single lead and do not have any industry connects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical and 401K part of comp
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay the incentives on time and due to the employee
Timey appraisal as well as promotion
Yes I feel underrated with benefits and compensation.

Team work will be very effective and coordination is excellent

Employee friendly with diversity and inclusion
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The senior leaders of the company need to be better at leadership competency. They fail to inspire.
Treat employees with respect. Drive a culture of respecting individuals. The yelling and ridiculing culture has created a very toxic environment.

It's fair and competent process in interviewing the quality resources
