I do like my job. I just think there are things that need to change. For one our employers at itron tell us to stay home if not feeling well especially during covid. Well if you do you still get i trouble for missing work. Even with a doctors note. We get 40 hours a year , if i get sick for a week.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My 401k. My insurance is good too.

They are nice and helpful for the most part

Everyone is kind of helpful. People complain about their job alot but most of them are lazy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having work to do. Not having to pick up the slack because others are lazy. I dont feel secure in my job or in this company
