I fully understand the growing pains in relation to a startup and expanding, however, there needs to be more visible equality between genders and departments. This is an issue within any financial organization, but this is 2022. Nepotism, gender bias, and favoring departments is not normal anymore.

A self-sufficient team that has managed to thrive in "sink or swim" situations which have been especially noticeable with recent internal product changes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is ethnically diverse and open-minded. It is evident that there is a clear focus to to internally promote and grow as a company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It has become very clear in my time here that the engineering department is favored and their needs are prioritized over the other departments. In the launch of our new CRM, they were praised while other departments had to deal with built wrong on the system.
