Being able to commonly chat with people and ppl being open minded.

As I said I love how nice people can be and be a team and be appreciative of their workers. It means a lot.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm really happy about the pay, its just takes long to get pto and ot which I really needed badly. But it is understandable but a little sad and frustrating.
