What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Inaccurate and inconsistent messaging for new employees. Employees were hired at a promised base rate, begin teaching, then the company suddenly decides to slash base rate by over half with the idea if multiple clients decide to rate you in a class, you have the potential of earning more. Low pay.
Highly disorganized. Bonuses are impossible to meet.

Employees were hired at a promised base rate, begin teaching, then the company suddenly decides to slash base rate by over half with the idea if multiple clients decide to rate you in a class, you have the potential of earning more. Low pay. End up working for less than minimum wage.
Pay teachers more, don't make bonuses impossible.

Quick hire, onboarding process confusing.

Allow the interviewee to see the interviewer

Make teachers feel valued! Pay a fair base rate. Improve teacher communications. Work on lesson curriculum.
