David founded Ivalua more than 19 years ago, assembling an executive team to establish best-in class software design, continuous sales growth, and rigorous operations management. In January 2025, David passed the role of CEO to Franck Lheureux and became Ivalua's first Chief AI Officer (CAIO). Today, Ivalua has emerged as a leader in providing integrated, rapid implementation of global spend management solutions to the world’s largest brands. Consistently recognized as an industry leader by top analysts, the company has grown to over 1,000 employees with offices spanning the globe. A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique with a Ph.D. in Mathematics, David began his career in tech as an SAP consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working on the architecture, design, and implementation of ERP for international accounts.
