Laurence has more than 10 years of experience leading major process and software implementations across multiple industries. She holds two MBAs in Business + Management, Finance — and is certified project manager both from PMI and U.C. Berkeley. At Ivalua, Laurence manages the Customer Services and Support Department, responsible for maintaining live applications and providing additional customer services for spend analytics and supplier enablement.
