Executive Bio
A graduate of Telecom ParisTech, Olivier Buffiere has more than 20 years of experience in Customer Support for Software and Telecom companies. He began his career for Hewlett-Packard in software development and project management for international customers. He then took charge of B2B Operations in Siemens, Nokia and Altice/Sfr, where he was head of Technical Support and then B2B Customer Support. He joined IVALUA in 2018 as Head of Customer Support EMEA including Support, Maintenance and Customer Success.
