Good company with regard to hiring process, training, daily work activities, schedule and team support. The backbone of the centre is a Community Manager who keeps things running smoothly. This position is underpaid (20%) relative to the expected work responsibilities. There are NO annual raises!

I am pretty new but so far so good in my two weeks

As CSM, I am thrilled to be part of IWG. It is fast paced, ever changing & challenging environment. I do understand that this is not for everyone e.

I started last year with reasonable pay and everything sounded good. During the year they continuously increased the workload while at the same time drastically reducing the compensation. They keep finding new creative ways to lower the compensation and they do that without any notice.

Working here has more ups than downs for sure. There's an exciting challenge around every door. The work atmosphere is positive and refreshing as long as you keep the good feeling going. You never know what connections working for this company will bring.

Pay the workers like they do the higher ups. Instead they take our bonuses away and keep their quarterly bonuses
