Helping clients and customers. They don't care about people only coins

I feel undervalued at the amount of pay presented and would feel better if my work skills, performance, and ethic were recognized.
Pay the workers like they do the higher ups. Instead they take our bonuses away and keep their quarterly bonuses

Attiudes and moral need to be better. More positive reinforcements

Better incentives pay people for what they do beyond their job description
Pay your workers Make it clear there jobs And stop making us do things not in the job description

The video interview is terrible and buggy.

Listen to clients and employees. Learn to give and receive. Flexibility and personalization.
