WE USE OUR EXECUTIVE, administrative, and financial expertise to manage related, mainly transportation oriented businesses efficiently. We seek to improve the operating performance of the divisions of our corporation to maximize their profitability and long-term success.We acquire companies from private owners and private and public corporations that control businesses that no longer meet their strategic needs, where the owners wish to retire, or where the business requires additional financing or operating resources to develop and grow.We deal with all of our constituencies in an equitable manner and balance the varying interests of our employees, customers, vendors, bondholders, lenders, intermediaries, and the communities in which our subsidiaries operate.
