Motivation. People have very little interest in doing well in the job or trying to be part of a team.

Not a lot. The few people you get on with are what gets you through a shift.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most aspects. Sacking the young, inexperienced managers. Corporate need to try working in our shoes before making the terrible decisions they do.
