What is the best part about your compensation package?

Vacation time and benefits are great

Company Equity is a great incentive. Insurance benefits are very good as well as generous vacation/sick time.

The base salary is the best part for me.

Stock options start vesting relatively quickly.

I really appreciate our new maternal/paternal paid leave policy, which is great for a startup. It shows that Jackpocket cares about the team professionally and personally.

Great health care benefits and occasionally free lunch

Not only am I paid fairly, but the option to have equity in the company made working here all the more enticing. Knowing we have the potential to reap some huge benefits is a great incentive to doing good work -- and committing to the long run.
