What makes you most happy at work?
Maybelle. Lunch outings. Technically challenging work.
Interacting with my coworkers, working together toward a common goal and also just hanging out with them in general.
Working on a new feature that our users can get their hands on and enjoy.
Getting to play with our office dog.
Working on projects I am excited about seeing existing in the real world.
I'm happy that my ideas are heard, my opinion and POV is respected, and that I can see the impact my work has on our business as a whole.
When a 'to-do' gets done and results in over all growth for the company
Feeling comfortable in the work environment, and having a work purpose that I can help shape as the company evolves. Being autonomous but knowing I can raise my hand when I need to. It's like working independently while having a team to lean on.
