Mr. Joel M. Bennett has been the Chief Financial Officer at JAKKS Pacific, Inc. since September 1995 and its Executive Vice President since May 2000. Mr. Bennett served as Principal Accounting Officer of JAKKS Pacific, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Toymax International, Inc. since March 2002 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Bennett joined JAKKS Pacific, Inc. in September 1995. From August 1993 to September 1995, Mr. Bennett served in several financial management capacities at Time Warner Entertainment Company, LP, including Controller of Warner Bros. Consumer Products Worldwide Merchandising and Interactive Entertainment. From June 1991 to August 1993, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TTI Technologies Inc., a direct-mail computer hardware and software distribution company. From August 1986 to June 1991, Mr. Bennett served various financial management positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Senior Manager of Finance for its international television syndication and production division. Mr. Bennett began his career at Ernst & Young LLP as an auditor from August 1983 to August 1986. Mr. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
