Great pay, bonuses and benefits paid by the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pulling off miracles is the only way to keep things running but there is truly no appreciation or recognition for the extraordinary talent & extreme toil it requires. A good first step would be to pay your employees more than well below industry standard.

Exceptional vision, willingness to break their back constantly

The evaluation was holistic- not just conducted by paper
I met with a group and it was a fun and casual interview. I was offered the job on the spot.
