What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all know that the company is growing and undoubtedly, will experience growing pains. Those professionals that are here, want to be here and share the excitement
That the company and my team support VACATIONS! I can disconnect from work, knowing my team has by back.

Knowing that I am helping innovative companies build new and exciting products. I get to see these proof of concepts before the general public!

What do you like best about your company?
There are areas of improvement in the area of diversity and the executive team as well as the HR team are trying to improve. I do feel that more could be done to bring qualified female professionals for leadership roles as well as regular roles
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
More women in leadership roles
