Our previous general manager was very kind, supportive, and good at her job. Things have changed a lot in a bad way since she left
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a shift lead who has worked for jamba for a year and a half, I get paid $11 an hour, this is less than hiring pay for team members at most other jobs in this field. Raise the pay per hour for all employees, team members and shift leads.
