Our manager and the ones above her live together. They get away with whatever they want to and dont really have to face ahy consequences.

the teammembers make a positve and fun enviroment however issues with the way our store is managed make it difficult to want to be willing to work to our full potential and frustrations with the work place get brought up pften
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the manager of our store sits in the back in her office every shift and rarely comes out. most of the time its to run to the bank. she hardly ever helps team members working upfront even where theyre obviously overwhelmed with customers. shes been seen on various occasions in her office drawing
