What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun work environment.
Passion about the VR space. Fun personalities to be around. Thoughtful and collaborative.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We used to meet in Monday’s but it’s once a month. The meeting is disorganized, not inspirational or informative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Virtual Reality is fun to work on.
Empowerment to make the right changes that are in the best interest of our employees and the company.

People have stopped coming into to the office

Leadership including a CEO who tells you what you want to hear and not present. Nearly everyone I know is looking for another job
