What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very focused on issues that arise and keep everyone informed of the wks to come

The communication is nonstop and clear.
Them lead by example not afraid of getting there hands dirty
there awesome and treat everybody even
They stay positive when things get tough
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership, being non biased, slow down and produce better quality
Listening, understand work flows, how to treat people
Treating their employees better, and understanding that the workload should not be physically draining us.
The group leaders need to work more instead of talking about it! more shortages could be taken care of more if there was better structures on the days that we dont run production...
Listening, trusting, lead by the example they preach
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am pleased with the 0ackage

The 50 on the first 6% it would be boce to have the loan option for the hard months
The 401 program is great!
Health insurance, paid vacation time
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compenstion was good, but not for the labor intensive work that was demanded of you. Wouldnt feel so undervalued if had the ability to grow a beard and speak el dutch
Not being listened to, why other get prime treatment
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always focused on the units that we build, and at the beginning to the end of each day everyone respects one another, with a good morning how are you and have a great day. I believe is what makes being such a great team strive.

The people at the lower levels are down to earth good people
Funny, kind, sweet, helpful, tough
They are up beat and optimistic about everything they help drive put issues and put their heart into this product the dont just say it they do it i love these guys
Most are friendly and help out when needed... most

It was really quick to say the least
It was nice to get walked through what would be expected and to get a full discription of the job
Fun, friendly, got a tour
It was very interactive and helped me to learnt something
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Quit rushing it. Ask better questions. Look at character the same as experience
What makes you most happy at work?
When each unit we build comes to systems with as little systems fails and or defects.
