The communication is nonstop and clear.

Leadership, being non biased, slow down and produce better quality
Listening, understand work flows, how to treat people
Treating their employees better, and understanding that the workload should not be physically draining us.
The group leaders need to work more instead of talking about it! more shortages could be taken care of more if there was better structures on the days that we dont run production...
