I need 2 days off a week and better management so the company can run smoother and so we as employees can be excited and more positive about going to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring more about their employees and at least giving them 2 days off a week so they can have a life instead of working them to death just to get chicken out the door. They are never fully staffed because of this reason!
