He is absolutely great with people and very intelligent.
There Focused and always willing to help anyway that they can.
They are always available if I have any questions or concerns. They are easy to talk to and do their best to resolve any issues.
My green hat is decent.. my blue hat is a power tripping boss who likes to act like he is better than us. Doesnt treat thr guys right and needs to learn how to talk to people

They need more structure and a better system too help everyone get done with there work effectively

Not being lazy and do better at leading, I worked on packoff line and leadership is horrible
Management who serve as managers/supervisors all the way to the CEO of JBS HAVE NOT TESTED ALL EMPLOYEES during this COVID-19 pandemic and expect us to go back to work, AFTER promising to have ALL EMPLOYEES tested before our JBS Colorado plant would reopen. We have 200 positive and 7 dead now.

Caring more about their employees and at least giving them 2 days off a week so they can have a life instead of working them to death just to get chicken out the door. They are never fully staffed because of this reason!
