What did you like most about the interview process?
Not being nevous and feeling confident

my interviewer was very kind and very detailed
Walk through with operations manager/acting plant manager
They dropped the big panel interview that you had to pass before you got hired. It was just an opportunity to blackball a candidate mercilessly.
We tend to ask many different questions that will fit with the values and job task
Everything was done in the HR office; background checks, alcohol and drug test and e verify. One trip for everything.
