Getting to work with some of the most talented people in this industry, and some of the coolest projects in town.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen to their employees and act on items employees express concern about. They make themselves available to all, and go out of their way to be transparent, communicative, and supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always very inclusive, tons of extracurricular things to take on if you'd like, and always creating and offering opportunities to grow and advance your career. I don't feel like another number despite being such a large firm.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
ESOP! It just keeps growing year over year as the company grows. The car allowance is a nice perk as well. Target bonuses seem to be fulfilled each year, and are more than generous to those who work hard.
