Depends on the team. The team I am on is a revolving door at all levels and more are looking to get out
Good. generally happy.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Jellyfish?
Leadership and HR not being on the side of the employee when issues arise, the lack of backing by leadership on their own policies, and lack of project process knowledge by leadership team
Not flexible with remote work or hours in any way.

Misleading and full of false promises. Not truthful about the job, project work, or responsibilites

Direct team is decent for the most part. Some have been given positions that they are not prepared for
What do people at Jellyfish think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
CEO is a showboater and appears to be decent but I cant see where his true skills lay.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Jellyfish?
Get rid of a certain manager that is not performing and harboring others that should not have jobs

up and down too much followed by nothing followed by co worker created choas offering clients things we are unable to complete in the deadline they set with out consulting the team or getting proper requirements

Managers everyone else runs once they can find a new job
How do you feel about going to work at Jellyfish everyday?
Dentist chair would be better most days.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Jellyfish?
Not at all difficult as everyone runs for the door as soon as they hit the 8 hours a day
How challenged are you at Jellyfish?
No challenge. nothing inovative or cutting edge. The only challenge is caused by lack of process and bad decision making

No women in top leadership. Otherwise very slanted to white employees

Open layout, loud and distracting
How secure do you feel at your job at Jellyfish?
No security at all

Lower then average from what I have seen and understand
