They know how to keep me busy
They were all hard workers, nice people and pretty down to earth!

The people in my building need to work on spreading drama

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I start work at 8am early and leave after 8pm but it never shows in my salary. Yes I am not part of management but I must still get paid what's due
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because the compensation was not as promised and below my male counterparts
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone helps each one another
They were well trained in safety and USUALLY quite cordial.

building leadership to build a good shift
We never have staff meetings and according to my boss she never sees what is wrong when we complain

Everyone has a very good attitude
We were always being encouraged and smiled at haha.
everyone loves the snacks and casual attire
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everybody acts happy but to be honest we are miserable at work. Don't know why I have to keep up a smile for a customer but not for myself

that they ask only good questions and do not waste time

They have a long way go to be a good working unit
I am concerned about the future, due to the shaky nature of walmart right now
