When things go wrong Jetstar treats its customers appalingly. Recently flew with them. Plane lost a generator. Had to turn back. All passengers freaked out when they dumped fuel. Noone could hear the PA properly. Lost 24 hours massive queues. No apologies. Terrible refund scheme. Can claim for taxis
