We work together cohesively for the betterment of our organization
My old manager was great. New manager hired had no experience and a poor attitude for the job
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Upper management does not value its employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Matched 401k retirement plan and benefits package
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Family insurance is super expensive. The rest of the benefits are ok. But employees are now being encouraged to not take too much paid time off or sick time.
