What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a codex of values that helps everyone work together. They have great benefits and constantly try to improve the customer product and experience. Awesome company.

We really work together and are not at cross purposes with each other.
Highly adaptable problem solving group.
Everyone is approachable, helpful and there is a lot of knowledge sharing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company is run by Israeli management. It's very refreshing to work with smart, warm people, who can communicate directly in a meaningful way. It's less political.
Energy, products, color, vision !
The care shown in everything being done from everyday interactions, quality of products, and customer commitments. I feel they have my back

Lots of brainstorming and learning. The freedom to innovate and not being afraid to make mistakes
