It's quite methodical and there are lot of opportunities as the company is growing fast. Everyone has opportunities to grow within the team and also move across teams. The decisions made so far are not surprising and have gone to deserving employees

Standard with the industry. We get an allowance to borrow unaccrued PTO which is great

It's quite refreshing to see a company and it's management try so hard to have a culture of open communication and blameless post-mortem. It's just as easy to speak with anyone in the executive team as it is with a team member.

How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at Jfrog?
It's a startup so the pace and demands are high. But it's a lot of fun and I love my coworkers. With the exponential growth there are times where the day stretch long but then there are lulls that help to balance it. I wouldn't trade it for a 9-5
How challenged are you at Jfrog?
Everyday! Being one of the hottest DevOps companies I get to work with a lot of technologies and interact with customers & community. This means continuously pushing to learn more and excel. I love it.

From onsite bbq's and events to international company events
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Jfrog?
The tech learning curve. It is steep! A lot of modern technologies, tools and practices. If you get an offer, take it. It's a great place to learn. But if you want a slower paced environment this is not the place for you

We call it being a Frog! You can easily find us as the most enthusiastic and creative bunch in both fun and play ;)

Very good medical benefits, lots of fun events including a recent company event in Israel for everyone, catered food, team bbq's and team building events such as paintball. A lot of conferences to attend and lavish holiday party

Varies based on the deliverable. There is flexibility but I really enjoy the challenges and have a very supportive team + managers

It's a combination of talented, experienced and extremely innovative. The technical depth, agility and quality is proven by the success of the products with zero field sales

Quite experienced and diverse. Lot of women in the leadership team shows no gender bias
