If you would like to change your account information, please follow these steps:
Login to your account
Click the "Menu" button in the top right corner of the page -- it should look like three lines stacked on top of each other
Click" My Account" from the menu
Click the "Change Email" link to the right of your current email address
Enter your new email address and then click the "Update Email Address" button
Please note you will not be able to use an email address if that email is already being used by another JibJab account.

Make sure the rest of your information is entered correctly. The CVV code (security code) must be entered correctly for the transaction to complete.

View ArticleHere are the steps to turn off auto-renewal for subscriptions purchased through the JibJab mobile app:
Open the Settings app on your iOS device
Tap your name at the very top of the Setting Menu
Select iTunes & App Store.
Tap the blue "Apple ID" following by your email at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
Tap "JibJab" from this menu and then select "Cancel Subscription". If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Please note:If youdon'tsee the option to cancel your subscription, then it may already canceled and won't renew. If the subscription recently expired, you should see an expiration date. If you recently canceled the subscription, you should see the date through which you'll have access to the subscription.

1) Tap on the "active" face at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to your face library.2) Choose the face you wish to use. 3) You can also create a new face from this menu by tapping the "plus" button.
Once you tap the "plus" button, you can either take a selfie, or click the square icon to the left of the camera button to select a photo from your camera roll.

If you would like to see a specific type of content to share, select the content type from the menu at the top of the page.
If you select "Ecards" you will be able to filter the content by holiday.
View ArticleUnfortunately,there is no way to edit the shape or mouth of a head that you've already prepared or placed into a finished video. You will need to re-uploadthe photo.
Here's how to delete your faces on our website:
Log in to jibjab.com
Navigate to the ' My Faces ' section of the website.
Roll your cursor over a face to reveal the red 'X'
Click or tap the red X to delete the face.
Heres how to delete face in the JibJab mobile app:
Open the JibJab mobile app
Tap on the "active" face at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to your face library.
Touch and hold on the face you want to delete. A pop-up will appear.
Choose "delete face"
PLEASE NOTE: Once you delete a head, it cannot be recovered.In addition, any head you remove will still appear in any eCard you made with it, so you will need to remove the eCard itself if you no longer want it to appear.

View ArticleUnfortunately, for most users, once auto-renew on your account has been canceled it cannot be turned back on. For your security, we are unable to re-activate auto-renew on our end.
If you paid for JibJab directly using a credit/debit card, you may be able to re-enable your auto-renew from your Membership Settings.
If you paid for the JibJab mobile app through Apple/iTunes or Google Play, you can re-enable auto-renew from your subscription settings ( Apple, Google )
If these solutions don't work for you, don't worry! Once your membership expires, you won't lose any of your previous heads or cards. If you would like to continue with a new membership, click "Upgrade" at the top right of our website!

If you watch the preview of the card before clicking the "Make Card" button, you'll be able to see if that card features animated mouths or not.

JibJab's login is case sensitive. Make sure CAPS lock is turned off and that you type your Email address in all lowercase.

If you forgot your password please click here to request a password reset. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder for the email.
Please make sure there are no spaces before, after, or in your email address/password.
Are you signing in with the correct email? Check your email inbox or records for your JibJab account confirmation and try signing in with the email address the confirmation was sent to.
Did you pay for JibJab using a PayPal or iTunes account? The email address you are attempting to login with may be tied to the payment account but not your JibJab account. Try a different email address.
Have you requested a free account cancellation or deleted your data? The account may no longer be active, or may not exist.

View ArticleTo make a Starring You Ecard, first find a card you would like to send. You can view all of our cards at jibjab.com/browse
Click on a card to see a preview. If you like the card, click the Make Card button to customize it.
You are now on the casting page. Click the face you would like to cast for space one, or click the plus button to add a new face.
If your card has more than one head, click each head as it corresponds to the space you would like it to appear in.
Once all the heads are cast, click Next.
You will then be taken to the sharing page. Here you can watch your completed Ecard. Click the "Add Message" button to add a personal message, or click the "Share" button to share the card via Email, Facebook, or copy a direct link to the card.

The faces you've created on JibJab.com are also available in the mobile app, and vice-versa. Any Ecards or videos you create in the mobile app will also be visible in the " My Ecards " section of our website.
If you aren't able to access all of your heads in the app or on our website, make sure you're logged in to the correct account.
View ArticleYou do not need to link JibJab to Facebook, or even have a Facebook account in order to use JibJab.
If you are linked to Facebook unintentionally, please follow these directions to unlink your Facebookaccount.
To log into an existing account click the "Log In" link at the bottom of the JibJab app.Then enter the email and password you used to create the account. They do NOT need to be associated with a Facebook account.
To create a new account, tap the "Sign up with Email" button and then enter the email address and password you would like to use with JibJab. The email and password you use to NOT need to be associated with Facebook in any way.

Here's how to upload a new face in the app and on our website:
JibJab Mobile App:
Tap on the active head at the bottom center of the app.
Tap the Add Face (+) button from your heads menu
Snap a selfie, or tap the Photo Gallery option to the left of the camera button to choose a photo from your phone library
We will do our best to identify all of the faces in your photo! If we've missed the mark, here's how you can edit the face(s) you wish to adjust:
Tap and drag the photo to fit it into the head template. Pinch or push the photo to resize it. Rotate the photo by touching and rotating the photo with two fingers.
Select the face shape you wish to use
Tap the checkmark when youre finished to move on to the next face.
To skip a face you don't wish to use, tap the red "x"
If we missed any faces, you'll have the chance to find them at the end.
Dont worry about adding the mouth at this point! Once your new head is cast in a Starring You card, you will be asked to create a mouth.
Jibjab.com (either on your computer or on your mobile browser):
Here's how to create a new face:
Select a Starring You video (it can be any video, since you do not need to finish it in order to upload a face).
Click Make Card on the preview page
Click Plus ( + ) button at the top left of the "My Faces" box to Add Face.

Turn off any ad blockers. Ad blockers can interfere with the JibJab video player.
Clear your browser's cache/cookies.
Make sure your browser is up to date! We recommend using a browser such as Google Chrome, which updates automatically when you close it.

1) Make sure they turn off any ad-blockers, as ad-blockers can interfere with JibJab2) They can also try clearing their browser's cache and cookies.3) If they are on mobile, they can try copying and pasting the link to your card into their mobile browser directly, as the internal browsers in some apps do not support the JibJab video player.
Your friends never have to pay to see the Ecards you send them.

View ArticleIf your video takes a long time to load, or you're stuck with a spinning "load" icon, it may be an issue with your browser.
We have found that Ad Blockers can disrupt the JibJab service. Usually disabling your ad blockers for JibJab will resolve this issue.
If you're still having issues loading the card after your ad blockers are disabled, you can try clearing your cache/cookies or updating and restarting your browser.
As a last resort, you can try opening JibJab from a different browser. We support Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers.

View ArticleThe $1 charge you're seeing is a verification charge. We make a temporary transaction to your account to ensure that the card information you gave us is correct. Once the account is verified we immediately void the charge. Within a couple days, your account should no longer show the $1 charge, or show that the transaction was voided.

View ArticleTo preview a card before making it, click on the video you wish topreview. The next page will show you a full preview of the video without faces. You will be able to listen to the song, see the mouth movements on the characters' faces, and see the greeting at the end of the video.
Once you have created a card, you will be able to view the video you created on the "share" and "add message" screen. This preview gives you a chance to make sure the faces are on the correct bodies and the mouths are moving the way you want them to. If something doesn't look right, hit the "back" button on your browser to re-cast the card.

The notification emails are being blocked by your friend's spam filter.
The provider of the email address to which you are sending is blocking emails from JibJab
If your friend is aGmail user, the card may have ended up in the inbox under the 'Promotions' tab or in the 'All Mail' folder.
The best solution in these cases is to email a link to your Ecard from your personal email account.You can do this by copying and pasting the Link located below your card in " My Ecards ".
You can also send the card to your own email address and then forward it to your friends!

Once you reinstall, log back in with your email address or Facebook account using the "Sign In" link at the bottom of the app. Then you should be able to see and use all your beautiful faces! :)
