I need my compensation and more for what I've been through. Next i will bring the news and then lawyers into this

I Was Working At Jimmy John In Camp Creek Area 3515 Camp Creek Prwy Is The Location I Worked For 6 Months Stright All Of A Sudden Last Week I Work A Total Of 5 Days That Week The Owner Pamela Richerdson And Her Boyfriend Tommy GreenField Laid Me N CoWorkers Off Without Our Last Check Refuse To Pay

Equal pay and equal hours

I understand it's a fast food business and a chain restaurant- but $11 an hour is impossible to live off of, even with tips. People make the same amount as me that do half of the work I do- but because of protocol, I'm unable to make more due to my position

For starters, if my opinion could be voice and my bosses listen to everyone and not just one sided stories. Everyone also deserves better pay at my store.

i get paid 13 an hour in this inflated economy and can barely pay my bills and i have to work in this negative work enviornment

Never received benefits or stock options

I have worked at this location for almost a year and have never had a discussion about a raise, when all of my coworkers (who have been employed for less time than me) have gotten a raise. I come in early, I never miss a shift yet ive never had praise.

Had I not been offered a demotion for getting CoViD-19

I get poor setups for my shift, awful untrained staff, and work with other managers who yell and scream at my other staff.

No competitive pay scale they dont care how much work i do im still getting paid the same

Jimmy Johns seems to boast about finding talent in the most unexpected of places and how those people, in life, make it big eventually. Even their posters all throughout their store speak on behalf of how the greatest become the best. But Jommy Johns doesnt treat its empolyees well.

The pay is very low for the managers, might as well be a team member

I feel undervalued because there isn't a lot of positive reinforcement just criticism. I feel as though there should be more pay since upon hiring I was told that they give performance based raises yet I have yet to recieve one in over a year.
