We all do a wonderful job our GM is a big problem he's racist and always talk politics I have pictures to prove it
We Handled The Business Around The Store To Be Laid Up Without Notice!
We talk about what was going on
They're cool and easy to get along with- there's no ego, and if there is? It is checked quickly and effectively. Training is easy and quick
Everyone works together except our General Manager.
They get their work done, if I need help they also help me.
The positivity and change people want to bring to the table

Nothing really, never had a good experience
Most of them are new employees that have not had another job. They are fine but young and don't take it as seriously they will probably take future jobs.
Most of us are friends and will pitch in and help each other out
The people I work with are great, they're all nice people who work hard. Despite the lack of effort from management it was a good work environment. I'm genuinley sad i'm going to resign because i enjoyed being there.

More working less fooling around and talking people need to take their job seriously and maybe they would if manager is actually help them to a certain level of standards but they don't. All the work falls on good workers and they are used

Teamwork and paying it forward, if there's something to be done just do it!

The Supervisors should not be bumping into workers & cursing at them

Appropriate relations conversations and bahevior tp the customers... and staff. Not an empowering place. Very jealous atmosphere. Ill never work for JJ again.
