Not stealing from their employees
Our GM's response to basically everything.
Treating delivery drivers better and showing appreciation to staff.
Literally everything, how are you gonna offer me a raise and then realize you can't afford it so you promply move me and 80% of the staff to On Call. As a food service employee there should be absolutley no reason not to allow is to solicit tips, we do not make enough money the customers need to kno

Jimmy John's is nothing but a circus run by clowns and monkeys. maybe management needs to learn to grow up
The managerial team needs to learn apropriate boundaries relationships and conversarions with its employees. Also, the lack of effort to the customers was really astoundkng. And backbiting comments behind the customers backs was even more surprising.
Being more mature actually knowing how to be a leader instead of a follower knowing how to manage
