The GM needs to be replaced because the way she handles things customers can see.
Maybe actually giving people breaks
No breaks unless asked. Gets in trouble for calling out sick
Management is aware of hostile work environment and refuses to address the problem
Shift Supervisors are physically touching employees
people need to treat each other right to make it a better atmosphere.
