The GM is amazing and does what she needs to do to make everything smooth for everyone else. She leads by example and has good communication with the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because there isn't a lot of positive reinforcement just criticism. I feel as though there should be more pay since upon hiring I was told that they give performance based raises yet I have yet to recieve one in over a year.
