Living in a not so good part of town, the business is very fast paced but fun to work in if you enjoy a fast work environment. The job is easy, you just have to follow protocol and hope you have a good Gm or AM!
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are fun to be with and work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're cool and easy to get along with- there's no ego, and if there is? It is checked quickly and effectively. Training is easy and quick
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Opening the store with my GM and AM is really fun, we get to take our time and ensure everything is done properly, even to the smallest detail
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I understand it's a fast food business and a chain restaurant- but $11 an hour is impossible to live off of, even with tips. People make the same amount as me that do half of the work I do- but because of protocol, I'm unable to make more due to my position
