I've worked for Jimmy John's for over 8 years and this is the most I've been uncomfortable and angry with my general mangers I've tried emailing my area manager no response I really need to talk with HR Asap

Everyone gets along and respect each other for the most part once our gm comes in it's terrible everyone mood changes
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all do a wonderful job our GM is a big problem he's racist and always talk politics I have pictures to prove it
