Equal pay and equal hours
I understand it's a fast food business and a chain restaurant- but $11 an hour is impossible to live off of, even with tips. People make the same amount as me that do half of the work I do- but because of protocol, I'm unable to make more due to my position

More working less fooling around and talking people need to take their job seriously and maybe they would if manager is actually help them to a certain level of standards but they don't. All the work falls on good workers and they are used

A fundamental understanding across all employees and managers that there is unity in diversity and that each and every single employee is uniquely talented. Working for Jimmy Johns felt very bitter. Not much sweet about it. There is a lot of jealousy I experienced, school behavior, and power playing

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I interviewed with the owner who was not a very nice person, he barely looked at me only at the questionaire. Never really bothered to ask about me, or get to know me as a person.. just to know when i could start and what my avaliability was.

Isabella schultz from mundelein jimmy johns in illinois has been harassing me and talking to me like im a dog
The GM needs to be replaced because the way she handles things customers can see.
Maybe actually giving people breaks
No breaks unless asked. Gets in trouble for calling out sick
Management is aware of hostile work environment and refuses to address the problem
